The Mission of the Mankato Family YMCA is to provide quality programs and services offering opportunities for all families and individuals in our community to develop their physical, spiritual, social, mental and recreational well-being.

Volunteer At The YMCA!

No matter what your special talents, interests, and schedule, may be, you can help change someone's life at the YMCA. If you share our commitment to continued well being of our youth and community, please consider becoming a YMCA volunteer.

-The Y is looking for volunteers in the areas of After School Fun, Youth Leadership, the Arts and Fitness.

-Become a Volunteer Coach for Youth Sports!

The YMCA Youth Sports program has opportunities for volunteers to lead, coach, supervise, referee games and practices in each sport. The time and effort spent will be a rewarding experience for both you and the children in the program.

-Y's Club
The Y's Club is a very important part of the YMCA. Membership is open to both men and women. This club is unique in that it is a club where all proceeds from it's fundraisers go to the YMCA. The Y's Club fundraising includes the Annual Corn Roast in August and Christmas Tree Sales in November and December. The money from the fund raising goes to YMCA youth equipment, scholarships to camp and special programs.

-YMCA Brother/Sister Program!
